Original Pottery
My functional pottery is food safe and may be placed in a conventional oven,
microwave oven and a dishwasher with confidence.
The elements that distinguish my pottery are: Brown clay bodies, thin wall
construction that pings like crystal, exterior surfaces are chattered with my
own technique and stained like the bark of a tree, and hand-painted
illustrations of dragonflies, geckos, horses, stars, leaves, and a variety of
other special requests. Occasionally I will embellish with feathers and beading
on non-functional art pieces.
Every piece is original. I find it incredibly difficult to do structurally
identical pieces, so I dont. The best I can do is to glaze and fire similar
pieces to match each other.
Custom orders are always welcome with no advance obligation. I will produce
three to four pieces of your request, email photos, and ship only when you are
satisfied with what I have created.
It is very difficult to visually show you size and scale in a meaningful way. So
